The council of Havering has awarded the contract to the application, but it is still pending a detailed approval. This privately funded Brownfield Project will involve the demolition of the existing infrastructure, before the commencement of the new development.The development will be finished over a time frame of 60 months, from July 2018 to July 2023. A total of 396 units will be constructed.
The project will feature 36 two bedroom houses, 112 three bedroom houses, 29 four bedroom houses and 219 flats for the residents. The entire project will be spread over a site area of 5.86 Ha. 369 parking spaces will be developed for the entire project.
Persimmon Homes (Essex) Limited Charles Church will act as the primary architecture firm for the project, and they will be accompanied by Iceni Projects Limited, who will fill the role of the primary planner.
