Best Bridging Finance News:Congratulations to Stanhope Plc for gaining planning for the development of a beautiful Pan Pacific Hotel at the site 150 Bishopsgate, Staple Hall, 87-90 Hounds, 1-17 Devonshire Row & 77-84 Houndsditch &, City, London, EC2M 4RQ. This will be a privately funded brownfield site project, which will involve the demolition of the existing infrastructure before the construction of a new one. The build will cost £500,000,000 to cover the cost Stanhope will use development finance to take out their current bridge on the land.
The client will begin the project in November 2017. The entire development will cover a floor area and a site area of 97718 square meters and 5000 square meters respectively. 1 new structure will be erected as high as 43 storeys, and 1 level will also be constructed below the ground level. The structures will consist of 284 residential units for the customers. The development will also include car parking, gymnasia, sports halls, entertainment centers, and various other business ventures. Kudos to the client for earning 3 stars rating from Sustainable Homes and an Excellent from BREEAM Rating.
Stanhope Plc is the primary client and the primary developer for the entire project, but they will be joined by UOL Group Limited, who will act as the associated developer.

PLP Architecture and MSMR Architects have been assigned the role of the primary architecture firms for the best bridging finance development process. DP9 Planning Consultants will join the project as the lead planning consultants. Yabu Pushelberg will act as the lead Interior designer for the development, and they will be joined by Alinea Consulting LLP who will take on the role of the Quantity Surveyor.

The subcontracts for heating & ventilation, mechanical, and plumbing have been won by GBE Services. The lead foundations and groundworks subcontractor is Expanded Structures Limited.
